I don't know if you wrote up your list quite right or are misinterpreting rune builds. Both runesmiths cant have a single spellbreaking. Also ill double check when I get home but I believe the ring counts as a magic talismam which prevents you from taking a runic talisman on the runesmith with the ring since runicitems follow all rules for magic items.

They look horrible. I agree. Whether it makes sense or not, and I agree it makes sense, doesn't mean it needs to be modeled. There is no excuse for a [big bad swear word]ty looking model.

I don't know. He took the time to wear a mask and gloves. The glasses could be fake, as could the hoodie. Bought for 2 bucks at a thrift store. Id stick to what is certain, that being his height, build, hair color. I find it unlikely the shoes are thrift store, yet i guess just as likely as the hoodie. Obviously I'd look out for the hoodie but not only that. Same with glasses. Don't rule out those perfect vision mofos that fit the description in the area.

The wording for Fear that pertains to this is: ...- all models in the unit have their Weapon Skill reduced to 1 for the remainder of that round of close combat. With the wording of everything and the sequence of events I'd say 1 for your scenario MexicanNinja. There are other sequence of events I'd rule 0 though.

One point in favor of the Black Dragon going to 0 is that it doesn't say a minimum of 1. A point against is that it is happening first, so you could say it's already been resolved. I would rule it that the unit is at a WS of 1 in this scenario. If the unit had failed it's Fear Test, and then had the breath weapon cause a would I would then rule that the unit was at 0 for the rest of the current combat phase, reverting back to it's normal WS (with the -1 due to the Black dragon) until the end of the following turn. Hope that helps.

You have a lot of non plague options. You should have plenty of little rats off the sprues to make some giant rats too.

I think you wont see too many naked organ guns. You may see them with runes of accuracy/forging though.

I think large 40+ units of slayers will be relevant now too. Basically the enemy will take a str 5 attack for every wound they do to the slayers, and the slayers will still have their full compliment of attacks. I too like the 5 man route though.
