I'd like to join in for cursed city, but could also do some warcry or necromunda.

Updated the reservations post, looks like we’re potentially full up, but @Damunkyand @Tamwulf dont necessarily have an opponent set.

Please post if you’re gonna change your plans, and I’ll try and keep the top thread current.

@scottshoemaker @scotthartman and I are gonna pop in and aim to do some warcry (or maybe necromunda).  @Inquisitor66 you're welcome to get in on some of that

I finally have some progress and photos of it -  been working on a necromunda terrain project (as well as assembling but not painting plenty of models...)

got slightly side tracked adding lights into the body of the platform section, but the whole unit is scaled up roughly 250% from the sector mechanicus stuff, and stands roughly 13” tall.  I’ll probably be aiming to collaborate with someone for some 3d printed panels to fill in some details, but for now I’ve just been using random wire, rod and assorted plastic bits to fill in some detail on the interiors.  
 

hoping to have a couple structures to fill a 3’x3’ table, and add some crazy verticality when we’re able to get a necromunda league up and running again someday.

Thanks for canceling, and thanks for communicating that you had to.   Folks, if you are feeling unwell, please choose to skip game night for a week, even when it’s probably nothing.

125 is a good size if you’re including elites, as well.

BUT WHAT ABOUT COVID-19?

We are doing our utmost to make the clubhouse as safe as possible, read more about it here.  Please remember, face coverings will be required so that we can keep things as safe as we can for all our members.  If there is a high demand, we will be reserving tables for Champions and other members, based on posts in this thread.  We may have to impose limits on attendance to stay in compliance with state guidelines

Looking like it’ll be a low key night - I’m planning to have some necromunda models and terrain to work on, as well as maybe working on some digital campaign aid type thingies.  
 

happy to play some skirmish games if anybody comes down, though. 

I had to close up early.

What’s the verdict?  Do you two want to aim for a game?  Or have other plans come up?

I’m planning to be around and painting some warcry scenery, but I’ll probably close up on the early side if there’s no plans for a 40K game.

its definitley fairly limited, directly.  The snakey dark elves  and fishy elves (i'm really good at the new faction names, eh?) are about it.  Kurnoth has some cards and models, but its all treekin models.  and I believe that theres either a new or the same dark elf type faction whenever the new starter box comes out.

That said, warcry is pretty easy to develop proxies for.  Cypher Lords or Corvus Cabal are decently fast glass hammer type factions, with a teeny bit of ranged capacity.  Could totally work for some classic Shadow Elves or Wardancer style warbands.  If you've been  meaning to work on your photoshop skills, (like I have) it'd even be a good chance to work on some custom cards, etc....

Happy to brainstorm and share any of the faction cards/books ive got, if you catch me at the clubhouse sometime.

Just wanted to give y’all a heads up - I got asked to do the performance review I’ve been begging for for months at 3:15 today, when I normally leave work at 3 to open for GN.

so, I may be running late today - I’ll bet that I can be there by 4:30, though, and @Inquisitor66has keys if he gets there earlier.

I'm expecting to be there with a head full of necromunda ideas, a terrain project to work on, and some warcry models to play with.
