The artillery coming back (I want squig catapults!) is awesome IMO. Pretty excited. pretre Posted June 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2014 Right, home with a pint of cider in me, and several more in the fridge...Weirdboys gain a Warp Charge point if there are 10 or more models with the 'ere we go rule (Pretty much any Ork from what I've seen) in 12" but has to take a psychic save or take a hit.Power of the Waaagh! and Daemonlogy disciplines.Can be upgraded to Psyker level 2.Primaris power is Frazzle (Blast witchfire).'Eadbanger is now a focussed witchfire.Warpath is a self blessingDa jump is what used to be 'ere we go.Killbolt is a beam attack.Power vomit (Yes really) is a template witchfire.Da Krunch is a barrage witchfire. The bike relic has an AP3 deff gun on it, Hedwompas choppa is a +2 str, AP5, rending choppa that beheads on a roll of 6 (insta death).Big Mek doesnt change your FoC, nor does warboss (no more nob/dred troops).Mek is a slotless HQ, 1 per actual HQ boughtGhaz can take runts/squigs, but looks the same, its lord of war. Deff Koptas look the same, and picture is the old metal model.Bikes only get +1 to their cover save if they turbo boost, no more gas and smoke cloud Ugh. KMB are +5 point Exchange. Riggers are 10 points Wagon went up by 20, Kill Kannon is now half the price for it, 5 point drops for both lobba and Zzap gun on it. (Points, stats, wargear the same otherwise)Painboy gives FNP, independant character, urty syringe (4+ poison, AP - ) Grotzooka stats the same, Big Choppa gained AP 5, Nobz got a very mild points drop. Got more expensive if you are using shoota boys.Bikers got cheaper, less durable but in much larger mobs. Use the FW warboss and run these as troops and add in a mek with KFF or painboy on bike for durability.Trukk got cheaper, boys got free stick bombs, ramshackle for nerfed.Dreds got cheaper, Kans cost more, all their weapons are cheaper. Can get IWND from riggers. Dred mobs will be fierce.Lots of guns, Lootas are as good and cheaper, new mek guns are good, Git findas on big mek with shock attack gun (can vortex). Pretty good.Psyker heavy (you can fit in 2 weird boyz, not really heavy), powers are awesome but you'll be tight on warp charges (max lvl is 2)Mixed... the codex seems fun, some nice relics some minor changes here and there.
