I also have an Abyssal Dwarf army and Forces of the Abyss army on the way from the Kick Starter. Bro G and I have played a few games and I really like the game. Easy to learn hard to master. They are working on a book that will contain lists for GW armies and even historical armies. I've got a fairly limited elf army for KoW, dwarfs, undead, orcs and goblins. Brother Glacius Posted July 2, 2015 Report Share Posted July 2, 2015 KoW has inherent lists for ogres, orcs, goblins, empire-ish, undead, chaos dwarfs, dwarfs, elves(wood+high), nature, angels, and deamons. They are reworking their dark elf list. There are lists for GW armies for V1, but I don't think anyone has V2 ones yet. And since Mantic has said they are putting out their own versions, I think most people will wait for them. They should include chaos warriors, lizards, skaven, brets.....maybe beastmen. I'm kind of kicking myself for not getting the ogre army...I got the deamon one instead. I think the ogres are going to be a tough force to play against. Monstrous Infantry are just nasty. I've looked around for the rules for 2nd Ed and I was only able to find the beta rules, so I think that's what is floating around. I could be mistaken though. However, due to GW's exit of fantasy battle, I think Mantic will probably include missing units from the Empire book in their "other games armies" book. If the new lists are anything like the old lists, it appears that I could take a Wood Elf army that closely resembled my old 7th ed one, and have it be enjoyable.
