He's automatically a Knight Seneschal, has IWND (which is essentially a Warlord trait from the Knight table), can Run and Shoot, and is a character... but for 130pts extra. Rerolling '1's on the Stomp table is also pretty solid, since that's secretly where a lot of your damage comes from in close combat, not the Str D attacks. He's probably not actually "good," because Run + Shoot is not actually all that impressive when you're already moving 12", but at least all the other stuff is decent.
