andozane
Nice...does the Cadia book not touch on who / what it is?
pretre
I don't believe it does.
Mr.MoreTanks
GW has a mystery on their website rumor page about who or what a picture is revolving some belt straps next to some feathers. It's definitely whoever this red armored figure is.

Lord Hanaur
new autarch perhaps?
AbusePuppy
Autarch seems like the only reasonably-likely possibility. Doesn't fit with any of the "missing" Phoenix Lords, too heavily armored to be a Farseer.
dalmer
Pact made with Eldar, including Dark Eldar. The enemy of my enemy is my friend? In a shocker, it's Vect in his nice, new armor... Would be surprised that the Templars would be proximate to a xenos but adversity makes for strange bedfellows...
Brother Glacius
Couldn't it be some Eldar that the necron dude collected as well? just like the inquis?

AbusePuppy
So that implies the "Eldar historical/mythological figure", then. Hmm.
MikhailLenin
My theory is that this is the original Phoenix Lord of the Striking Scorpions that rebelled against his own school and ran to Commoragh which then started the Incubi School
Skkipper
The French overlord has a solid idea
AbusePuppy
That has already strongly been implied to be the guy who founded the Incubi temples. The red armor wouldn't really match with that very well, and it doesn't look at all like he's got Mandiblasters or anything of the sort (which would be odd if he's their Phoenix Lord.) Skkipper
Red and green totally look the same to some of us!!

Well keep in mind that the current Striking Scorpion aspect is not the same Aspect as the one that Kharandras took over. The incubi are closer to the original Aspect than their current Eldar Kin.

Mr.MoreTanks
It's probably not a psyker, seeing as Black Templar and Greyfax couldn't handle both a witch and a xenos.
