If you're at ordo Tuesday night I'm game, but given we both played recently it won't hurt my feeling if you want to find something different.

I'm still in BB league limbo until my next opponent gets caught up; I'm down for a friendly or trying something new (Mars, etc.) if there is opportunity, otherwise I'll be there painting the elf team for future seasons use.

I've got no BB scheduled this week; might try and get in on 'Mars and learn the game if there is a space available.

I'm there tonight, possibly playing Daerkannon for our second round game of super league if his first round goes quickly enough. Might try and learn terraformimg Mars if there is space or just hang out.

So literally first blitz of the first game of the season, a Skaven blitzer killed one of my dwarf blitzers, leaving me with a 10 person roster. My treasury has just enough to purchase a blocker at this time (70k) to get back to an 11-player starting lineup, but I'd really prefer to hold off and purchase a replacement blitzer after my next game if I can. It's looking unlikely my opponent for round two would have a high enough team value to result in my receiving enough inducement funds to hire a journeyman before the match since I'm at TV960 at present with a couple players having picked up a skill and their TV is currently at 990 without having played their first game of the season. Am I required to purchase a replacement blocker before the game or use treasury funds before hand to afford a journeyman with any inducements to get back to 11 players before the game or can I start the match at 10 and guarantee I'll have the funds to replace my dead blitzer afterwards? My apologies if this is already addressed elsewhere or in the rules; I'm at work with limited access to answer my own question.

Is the eldar battle force box set still available? If so, is ordo game night a decent time/place to buy?

With BB league going, is it generally a good idea to bring a complete set (specifically the pitch) to game night or does ordo have so many it's unlikely to ever be a shortage?

At present my team is barely over 1000TV, obviously others are a good bit higher; any suggestions for total amount of models/Star players I should keep available for inducements if I'm marched against a significantly higher value team? I'd figured 200-500 was likely enough, but it never hurts to ask. This is for the upcoming Super league if it makes a difference. Thanks!

Haha, thanks, Blustorm. I'm looking to get in a game of bloodbowl or two and some guidance on starting a team beforehand in hopes of joining the upcoming league. If you don't mind a bit of teaching and helping me learn the common tabletop play conventions/practices, I'm down. I'll likely be there by 5 since I'm off work by 4 at the latest.

Well my well night of freedom is scheduled for Tuesdays for the coming months and I've been meaning to start making regular appearances on Tuesdays, so it's sounding like Super League is my best bet if I can achieve competency in time.

Lots of the PC adaptation on hard which I understand to be a good digital representation of the primary rules, but only a single game on the actual board. Always with dwarfs, which is what I'd be playing. I plan to start coming to ordo game nights on Tuesdays starting next week to hopefully get some actual play in. Is the 8-10 game Super League regularly on Tuesdays? If so, I can definitely commit since that's my reserved game night for the coming months, assuming I can get enough games in to be competent in the board game subtleties.
