First session was a blast! Had 2 people who were unable to show up last night, so we did a 1v1v1 game (wizard's tower). Beastmen defended the tower in the middle vs Undead and Skaven. Bestigors managed to take out a vampire on a lucky double-charge and rout the Undead,but were then smashed by the Skaven. Congrats to Fixxer for winning on his first Mordheim game! We are meeting again Tuesday next week at Mythic Realms, 5pm. Still plenty of time for people to join up! 3 of the players are new to the game, so no worries if you don't have any prior experience.

One week from today! 5:00pm at Mythic Realms in Salmon Creek we're going to start this bad-boy up! There are 4 of us currently, still plenty of time and room for others to join in! Let me know if you're interested and I'll get you a copy of our "house rules" pack :) Now I need to get back to painting my Beastmen Raiders...

So I had a pet emergency come up really suddenly this afternoon and I unfortunately will have to miss the Cheese Grater tomorrow. I am BEYOND bummed, as I have been looking forward to this for months :( My apologies to Mike and everyone else; I'm always talking about how much I wish there was more Fantasy in Vancouver, it kills me to have to miss this, especially last minute :(

Good question! I was hoping to get at least 6 people interested, but as it stands we should have 4 or 5, so we can probably try to get things rolling. My thought right now is Wednesday nights, every other week,5ish? Not sure where at exactly, Mythic Realms might work, but I feel like Dice Age has more suitable terrain. I'm going to take a look at February (Valentines Day and all that) and try to figure out a "start date." I'll also send you and Fixxxer a list of the proposed house rules and get your input.

I saw Dice Age already up as a team with a confirmed roster and hadn't heard anything about me joining this year, so I assumed not? I had gotten on the DA team the last 2 years because someone had dropped both years, but with slots filling up so quick this year I figured I needed to get on a team sooner rather than later.

Well, maybe it's not official. I have no authority to make something official. But I remember seeing a lot of these threads floating around last year, so maybe we should have an official thread? Be proactive, Andrew! Anyway, looks like the team slots are filling up QUICK this year, so I'm trying to either get on a team that is forming, or find 3 other individuals to form our own merry band. I'm local to Vancouver, but I'm willing to travel to P-Town for practice games and such. What I lack in tactical prowess, I more than make up for with my ability to hold back tears and appear to loose gracefully.

Looking to get a game in to practice my list for the Cheese Grater tournament coming up. I have no experience with End Times magic, so I'm looking for someone who is willing to take a little extra time as I muddle through it. I'll be free any time after around 2:15ish. Dice Age or Mythic Realms

I've gotten a few offers online (Bartertown) from people wanting just a portion of the army. I'd rather trade local though and avoid the hassle of shipping stuff off. At this point I'll consider breaking the army apart if I can get a good enough chunk of the army off my hands.
