Our team/club of five meets infrequently to play, but we have two drawbacks: 1. We're spread out - Portland proper, Fairview, Newberg, Salem, and Powell Butte. 2. We play a lot of different games so we don't get enough experience in Warmahordes. Personally, my MBA program has been really inconvenient for me as most journeyman leagues around the Portland area ran on Mondays and Thursdays, when I have class. Next semester class is on Mondays and Tuesdays, so it opens up my week a bit, and I know I can get one or two people to come.

No warmahordes? Or KoW?

I usually have class on Mondays, but I'll be free after the 12th for Mondays until about mid-Jan. Let me know if you want to get a game in. I play Ret, but I'm not that good. Still getting used to the rules and the tactics.

Damnit. I'm gonna have to drop out. So even though my final got switched to a take home final, I now have a huge group project due the following Monday, and that has to take precedence. Sorry! Take me off the list. Maybe I'll stop by and say hi though.

Better add me for sure. Both my finals are now take-home, so it alleviates a bit of the pressure during deadweek. -Junho

Damnit. That's the beginning of Dead Week for me. Count me in as tentative. I'll let you know for sure in about a week (as soon as midterms are graded, so I know if I'm on the right track for the final).

Lol I looked into Guardian and PGS, but I have class Monday and Thursdays, and Red Castle is on my blacklist, so no dice for me. I'll have to keep my ear to the ground for some weekend tourneys.

That's kind of a bad idea. As a new game with it's rules just released, you aren't going to get a lot of people to even try the game out, let alone commit to this event at this cost.

Can I use Command tokens to move a model from one combat group to another, and then start using the other combat group's orders on him? For example, let's say in my first combat group I have 9 Zhanshi and 1 Hac Tao, and I have two more combat groups with 9 Zhanshi each, totalling 27 Zhanshi in the list. After my Hac Tao uses up all 9 orders in the first combat group, can I use a command token and move him to combat group 2, and use the 9 orders there on him, then use another command token to move him to group 3 and use another 9 order on him, for a total of 27 orders on one model?!?

I liked the look of some of the painted terrain tables. 11. Cityscapes. 12. 4 games was my breaking point. 2 games would be comfortable. Need 3 for a tourney though. 3 in the same span of time as 4 would allow for finishing more games with the full 3 turns each, plus have a little break in between to grab food and stuff, and hang out. 13. See 12. 14. I think the only thing I have to suggest is maybe not rank the tables. Though it does give you a good idea of the standings, it also limits which tables you play on, or even see. I realized when I tried to answer #10, that I hadn't seen most of the other tables. I played 3 of 4 games on the same table, and had I not initially had a bye in the third round, I very well could have played all four games at the same table. I think randomizing instead of ranking tables would be more beneficial, because the great thing about infinity is that your list could suck on one table and be great on another table, simply based on terrain type/layout. Plus you get to meet more people of different skill levels.

Also I could bring a big tub of terrain, probably fill up a table if we need it. Again, not painted at all. Just the standard MDF color. All terrain is from Warsenal. Might need some small scatter terrain along with it though.

I haven't found any time to paint yet, and I don't foresee any time in the near future, so I may be rolling silver surfer at Rampage. Sigh.
