Well it looks like the full rules for the new Knights are going to be in the White Dwarf. So you should be able to use them with just that. And it doesn't look like there are any changes to rules attached to the armament of the current Knights. So for the time being it doesn't look like the new codex is going to be a required purchase if you have the old codex. :) Although I will be picking up the new data cards.
