scottshoemaker Posted June 22, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 22, 2016 So my initial plan was to place the masks, put down chipping fluid, place a light grey, then dark yellow, then i lighter yellow. (Just grey, white, and black for the checks). Then chip up the paint to let the red show through. That didn't work very well. In the future the markings should go on before the red is weathered, then apply the chipping as I normally do (painted on), then seal the mess, then do the wash over the top on all of it.
