For overtime, is there a flip for kick/receive or does half progression proceed as normal?  Do rerolls reset?  In playoffs, can star players be used?

I spoke with Stephen about this tonight, but I will post here for all to see. At overtime, you flip for who gets to choose receive/kick just like at the beginning of the game. Rerolls do not reset, but if you have any Purchased team rerolls (not brilliant coaching or cheering fans) left over from the second half they remain. StarvPlayers can be used in the first round, but not second or finals as per Death Zone.

The final matchup has been decided! After four grueling months of Blood Bowl, the two teams in the final are @Burk's Necromantic team, Hochland Howlers, and @Weav's Dwarfs, Karaz-a City Chiefs. The final game will be the third time these teams have faced each other this season, with each team collecting a win versus the other. Both teams participated the the Averland (First) Division of the 2019 OBBL Premiership, and the Chiefs got their win vs the Howlers in round two with an eventful 1-0 victory. In that game, the Chiefs benefited from a second half Blitz and a successful coach's challenge to removing their prolific Deathroller from the field. Despite the loss, pundits around the Auld World agreed that Coach Burk played terrific, but luck was on the side of the Chiefs that day.

However, their second meeting went very differently. Call it bad luck, season fatigue, or even bad coaching, the Chiefs were routed 3-0 by Hochland in round six. Coach Burk executed a flawless game plan, and nullified the Chiefs attack. Karaz-a City didn't manage a single casualty in the game, a departure from the three casualties they caused in round two. Howlers' Wight Pierre Victor Besenval de Bronstatt badly hurt two Dwarfs early in the round six game, and the Chiefs coaching staff was unable to handle being down players.

Most pundits agree that the primary matchup to watch will be the Chiefs star Runner Jasper Azul, and how well he is defended by the Howlers' stars de Bronstatt and Necromantic Werewolf Guillaume-Henri Dufour, both of whom are tenacious defenders.
