Yeah, looks like you could replace a section of those long tentacles with copper/craft wire (matching thickness) and wrap them around it's base more. A pretty effortless conversion. I see the Nids and the Tau as the only faction that "model creep" actually makes sense. Nids evolve quickly to overcome perceived weaknesses, and Tau actually advance their tech.
