Lion of Flanders
Hey All: One of the many things that I like about the OFCC is that it provides plenty of reason to make new stuff to play with. This year, for my return to the event after a multiyear hiatus, I made a new general for my Dark Elf Girls. When Yabani (and I) were last at the OFCC she was on foot....this year she gets to ride her dragon:
Murphy'sLawyer
I am not sure If I should love this or hate you. Maybe a little of both. Beautiful work here. Inspires and discourages me at the same time. (That is a compliment.)

Lion of Flanders
OK, so here's what's up next for my OFCC gang...a sixth mercenary ogre to join the five that I made for the Dallas GT way back in 2003. I had forgotten that I owned this excellent piece of GW history went I went searching on my garage shelves (in the "Ogre" box ) for a sixth ogre. What better for an all girl army than a "girl" ogre! Swan-of-War
Well done Lion! My maneater has a beard - were there two sculpts or something?
thatdave
The beard is an extra bit that could be added. Mine is beardless as well, though not nearly as nice to look at as LoF's.

Lion of Flanders
Here is the final unit for my Soulcrusher girls for OFCC, a new unit of harpies. I never have cared for any of the harpy models that GW has made, which is odd because generally speaking, the DE models have been terrific to say the least over the years. Probably just unfortunate happenstance that Chris Fitzpatrick didn't make some when he was doing the DE line. Anyway, here are my new ones...

Brother Glacius
Ordo needs to sponsor a contest where the winner gets their army painted by Lion. :)
Lion of Flanders
Ordo needs to sponsor a contest where the winner gets their army painted by Lion. :) I'd do a figure for a fun cause. When I no longer have to work for a living, then we'll see about an army.

McNathanson
I love what you did with your harpies... I've never found a suitable model so I've never fielded a unit. Awesome work and can't wait to say hi again in person!
Brother Glacius
Not to diminish LoF's work at all, but actually I have seen a conversion that I like better. A fellow ordo had taken tyranid harpy wings, and replaced the arms of slannesh deamonettes with them. They looked more like a true harpy than a woman with wings. They were fantastic. Kremmet
Both of those style of harpy conversions have been popular pretty much since the two kits existed. Glad to see it well executed here (that skin is great!).
