I'd also note that the ludicrous stiletto heels are a large part of why the pose is awkward. "boob plate" IS propper fitting armor. Get the gals (and their gals) into "regular" body armor and it is NOT a comfortable thing. They hate it. Even without taking into account enemy action, it's focusing any pressure from in front onto the sternum. Even just a forward fall can be deadly in boob plate, as the whole force of the fall gets concentrated onto the area directly above the heart instead of spread across the entire chest. That seems like it should be a higher priority for Units in a WARgame. Also, it's possible to make Armour that's still noticeably feminine without being outright boob plate.
